Sometimes I get annoyed with scrapping in general. The competitiveness... the insecurity that competition can bring... the questioning if what you're doing is "right" or "cool" or "artistic"...
Then, there are the moments that I'm sitting at my kitchen table, iPod earbuds tucked firmly in my ears, music blaring, paper flying, feeling the music and the creativity, just going with it... and then I realize: "This is my thing". This is scrapbooking. This is my hobby. My creative outlet. My little piece of fun. And I know, no matter what I make... it's not the end result... but rather the fun I had getting there, that matters to me. And when all is said and done, I have a little memento of that creative process.
Today, I altered a little lunchbox, to keep the cards I make in:

Now, it's sunday night. Pedicure night. And I'm a little behind schedule. Gotta get the piggies painted and dry before I stick them under the covers when I go to sleep!!
